File / Lance Iversen / AP Nevada Governor Brian Sandoval outlined a $1.1 billion plan during this year’s State of the State address that would overhaul the state’s education system. Sandoval’s changes to education from K-12 to post-graduate is welcome news to many Nevadans. Some are even calling it his legacy project. But funding the plan is a tough pill to swallow for Nevada’s businessman. He proposes paying for some of his plan with new taxes on businesses. This Wednesday, the governor presented his "Business License Fee" tax plan to a joint meeting of the Senate Revenue and Assembly Taxation committees at the legislature.
