The B Street Theatre has been planning a long time to build a new arts facility in Midtown. Located on 27th Street and Capital Avenue, the new complex would house two theatres with a total of 615 seats.  A few days ago, the California Infrastructure and Economic Development Bank Board of Directors voted to grant the B Street Theatre an $8.4 million loan for the new theatre.  We'll discuss what this means for the theatre for future productions, classes, as well as moving forward with construction.
