Overnight, the Senate agreed to a $2 trillion stimulus deal that will be voted on Wednesday afternoon. The deal includes $350 million for small businesses.

Sacramento State Finance Professor Sanjay Varshney and Sacramento Metro Chamber of Commerce CEO Amanda Blackwood discuss the details of the deal and where small business owners can get help.
