Monica Pasqual to Perform At Sacramento’s The Sofia

Monica Pasqual is a performing folk pop singer-songwriter. In 2017, her political song "You Can’t Kill Light" garnered radio play across the U.S. and Germany and Pasqual performed the song at the 2018 Bay Area Women’s March. The accompanying video has been viewed over 15,000 times. 

Pasqual’s songs have been used on numerous network TV shows. She has composed soundtracks for PBS, The History Channel and National Geographic Television. This fall, Pasqual released her sixth solo album, also titled "You Can’t Kill Light."

Pasqual is the winner of many Independent Music Awards and six Emmys. She performs a CD Release Concert at Sacramento’s The Sofia at 2700 Capitol Avenue on Dec. 13 at 7 pm.
