Does community policing happen in Sacramento? It’s a question that came into focus in the weeks after the Stephon Clark shooting by Sacramento police officers. Clark was unarmed and in his grandparents' backyard.

CapRadio's Ezra David Romero has been exploring the concept of community policing and the different interpretations of what it is. He joins Insight host Beth Ruyak to talk about what he learned.
