Last week Mayor Darrell Steinberg put out a call for mental health professionals to bring services to Stephon Clark’s Meadowview neighborhood, and other areas that have been hard hit by the incident.

Steinberg joins Insight to discuss that and the continuing protests outside the Sacramento County District Attorney's Office demanding charges against the officers whos shot and killed Clark.
