Medicare open enrollment starts this month, which means scams targeting the elderly are on the rise.

McGeorge Elder and Health Law Clinic is partnering with Capitol Stage to present "'No' Is A Complete Sentence," a theatrical event to teach the community about financial elder abuse.

Melissa Brown is the director of legal clinics at McGeorge School of Law and a practitioner of elder law. She joins to talk about common risks confronting elderly members of the community.
