As Sacramento fully embraces a farm-to-fork ethos, community leaders and activists continue to shed light on food insecurity in our region.

The annual Farm to Every Fork dinner kicks off this year's Farm to Fork Week in Sacramento. The dinner, which will take place this Saturday at Trinity Cathedral will feature food prepared by Chef Aimal Formoli and a keynote address by Sister Libby Fernandez.

Sister Libby will join Beth Ruyak in studio, along with Randy Stannard from Oak Park Sol. One of the beneficiaries of the Farm to Every Fork dinner, Oak Park Sol is a community organization that works with neighborhood residents to transform vacant and underutilized space into community gardens, urban farms, pocket parks and more.
