Capital Public Radio Perks is one way of saying "Thank you" for your support. We hope you enjoy the discounts and special offers from the participating restaurants, retailers, arts organizations and other businesses and organizations. Like you, the businesses and organizations that participate in Capital Public Radio Perks are showing their support for Capital Public Radio by extending these opportunities to you.

 

Getting Started

To get started, click on the Perks pdf link above to see a complete list of participating businesses. You'll find a description of the discount being offered to members. You can also look for our Capital Public Radio Perks window sticker displayed by participating business and organizations.

Receiving your discount is simple: when you visit the business or organization, show your Capital Public Radio Perks card. See the usage guidelines below for more details.

 

Usage Guidelines

Please review the discount details listed on this website carefully. Discounts may apply to selected events and activities only, are subject to availability, and apply to in-person sales only, unless otherwise noted.

 

At restaurants, please present Capital Public Radio Perks card before requesting the check. Discount excludes gratuity; please base your gratuity on the pre-discount cost of the meal.

At retailers, please present Capital Public Radio Perks card before purchases are rung up. Retail discounts apply to in-store merchandise only. For lodging and transportation, mention the discount when making your reservation and present your card at the time of check in.

Mention Capital Public Radio Perks and any specified code when scheduling any appointments, classes, services, or reserving tickets with performance venues. Pre-registration or reservations for classes may be required. Present your card when you arrive in person.

Sales tax is computed on the sales price subject to tax, after the discount is applied.

 

Discount is valid only at listed locations, unless otherwise noted.

It is at the discretion of Capital Public Radio Perks participants to extend the discount offer to immediate family members of the card holder.

Subject to your acceptance of all the terms and conditions of the Capital Public Radio Perks program, as listed here and in the web directory, you are eligible to receive certain benefits as a participant in the Capital Public Radio Perks program. By your use of the Capital Public Radio Perks card, you indicate your acceptance to all of these terms and conditions, including without limitation the following. If you do not agree to any of these terms and conditions, please do not use the Capital Public Radio Perks card.

Your Capital Public Radio Perks benefits are provided by third parties who are not affiliated with Capital Public Radio. Accordingly, unless a third party expressly agrees otherwise with you, all benefits, products, services, and other information made available through the Capital Public Radio Perks program are provided on an "AS IS," "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, including without warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Without limiting the foregoing, no warranty is given regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability or quality of the benefits, products, services, and other information made available to you through the Perks (Rewards) Program. IN NO EVENT SHALL CAPITAL PUBLIC RADIO BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF USE, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF DATA, COST OF COVER OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND IN CONNECTION WITH OR ARISING OUT OF YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE CAPITAL PUBLIC RADIO PERKS PROGRAM EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL CAPITAL PUBLIC RADIO'S LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED FIVE DOLLARS. THE LIMITED REMEDIES SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT SHALL APPLY NOTWITHSTANDING ANY FAILURE OF ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF ANY LIMITED REMEDY.
