Budget Study A new study says Governor Schwarzenegger's proposed budget could cost California the equivalent of 331,000 full-time jobs. This comes from the UC Berkeley Center for Labor Research and Education. Center researchers also propose an alternative budget that they say would save California nearly 250,000 jobs.
