Amy Goodman Journalist Amy Goodman, host and executive producer of the daily public radio and TV show Democracy Now, is coming to town this weekend. She has a new book, "Breaking the Sound Barrier." It's a collection of some of her recent columns. Today on Insight, we'll talk with Goodman about President Obama, health care, the global economic meltdown, climate change and war.

Mose Allison Pianist and singer Mose Allison is coming to town. He's playing in Grass Valley on Sunday and Sacramento on Monday. He's a jazz man, but his sometimes quicky songs have also been covered by artists like The Clash and Elvis Costello. You'll meet Mose and hear some of his songs.

Maria Muldaur Blues singer Maria Muldaur has a couple of local concerts coming up. She's in Newman at the Westside Theatre Saturday night and at the Palms in Winters on November 29th. Last year, we spoke with Maria about her then-current album called "Yes We Can." This segment originally aired in August 2008.
