Soraya Sarhaddi Nelson NPR's Soraya Sarhaddi Nelson is visiting Sacramento. Today on Insight, we'll talk with her about her work in Afghanistan and what it's like to be home.

The Indigo Girls The Indigo Girls are headlining California WorldFest in Grass Vally later this month. Emily Saliers tells you about their latest album, "Poseidon and the Bitter Bug."

The Indigo Girls perform at 9 p.m. Friday, July 17th at California WorldFest, Nevada County Fairgrounds, Grass Valley.

Stand Up Comedy Class How does one learn to become a stand up comedian? You'll meet a local comedian who teaches a course on the subject and he'll try and teach Jeffrey some techniques.
