The forums, moderated by Insight's Jeffrey Callison, are broadcast live from Capital Public Radio, with free admission for our studio audience. You can also listen online during the forums and ask questions. We look forward to your participation in this community dialogue, in any way that is convenient for you!
The mission of Second Opinions Community Health Forums is to use the power of media and expertise of our local health care community to:
- Create and nurture community engagement through civil discourse on health-related issues facing the region;
- Improve health care literacy and access by providing unbiased, consumer-oriented information through community forums, programming content and online resources; and
- Enhance local quality of care by promoting greater transparency and accountability in our health care systems.
