The National Baseball Congress World Series was marred by terrible tragedy over the weekend, when a batter accidentally struck nine-year-old batboy Kaiser Carlile in a practice swing during a game on Saturday. Carlile died of the injuries on Sunday.
Through tragedy, the games went on.
Bob Lutz, a sports columnist for The Wichita Eagle, talks with Here & Now‘s Robin Young.
