U.K. Wants European Union Reforms

British Prime Minister David Cameron is hoping to negotiate reforms with the European Union. A referendum on whether the United Kingdom should remain in the E.U. is scheduled for 2017, and Cameron wants to make changes before that vote.
The BBC’s Rob Watson spoke with Here & Now‘s Jeremy Hobson about what kind of reforms Cameron wants.
