I Don't Do That Anymore Bob Garmston was a high school
dropout with a childhood characterized by rejection, abandonment,
and abuse. And yet, despite his unpredictable circumstances,
he journeyed out of what could easily have been a life of despair
into what he is today: a university professor and esteemed
innovator of educational programs. His story is detailed in a
memoir of hope, a book called "I Don't Do That Anymore."
Urijah Faber Mixed Martial Arts fighter and
Sacramento resident Urijah Faber has a new book out,"The Laws of the Ring." It's a
guide to mental dominance in and outside the cage. He's doing
a book signing June 9th at Barnes and Noble at the Arden Fair Mall.
