Improvised Shakespeare The plays of William
Shakespeare may possibly be the greatest English theater to ever
hit the stage. So he'd probably be spinning in his grave to
hear that an entire theatre troupe is improvising
Shakespeare-inspired plays full of power struggles, star-crossed
lovers, kings, queens, rhyming couplets and sword-play. The
Improvised Shakespeare Company will be at the Mondavi Center April 19th-April 22nd. Their
Shakespeare "with a twist" plays are unplanned and entirely unique,
as the audience suggests ideas to shape their script.
