Strong Mayor Returns The Sacramento city
council may vote to put Mayor Kevin Johnson's Checks and Balances Act of 2012 on the June
ballot Tuesday. The act would change Sacramento's charter by
making the mayor the city's chief executive officer instead of the
city manager. We'll discuss the advantages and
