Mexico Migration "Los que se quedan," or "Those Who Remain," is a film about how large-scale emigration from Mexico affects the lives of the people who stay home. It's a documentary that shows today in Davis. One of the film's director-producers is in town, along with officials of the Mexico-based foundation that supported it.

Loudon Wainwright III Singer-songwriter Loudon Wainwright III sings about financial hard times, past and present, in his latest record. It's called "Ten Songs for a New Depression" and it includes music from the early '30s, as well as new songs inspired by today's challenges.
