A Prairie Home Companion: Too Cool For School

This week on A Prairie Home Companion, it’s a live broadcast performance from the Paramount Theatre in Seattle, WA. With special guests, elegantly eclectic singer-songwriter Brandi Carlile, and Juno Award-winning Canadian folk trio The Wailin’ Jennys.

Also with us, the Royal Academy of Radio Actors; Tim Russell, Sue Scott, and Fred Newman, The Guy’s All-Star Shoe Band; Richard Dworksy, Pat Donohue, Peter Johnson, Gary Raynor, and Andy Stein. Plus, the latest News from Lake Wobegon, where nearby rivers have crested, and kids spent their spring break stacking sandbags.
