Cochemea Gasteleum has established himself as one of New York city's most in-demand horn players. This Brooklyn-based multi-reedist  has performed and recorded with Paul Simon, Amy Winehouse, and Sharon Jones & The Dap-Kings.

On The Electric Sound of Johnny Arrow, Gastelum calls upon many influences, including jazz icon Eddie Harris in forging a fresh, inventive sound of his own.

The CD is produced by Gastelum and Adam Dorn (AKA Mocean Worker) who is the son of legendary jazz producer Joel Dorn (AKA The Masked Announcer).
