We hope you will join us on Tuesday, November 19th at 6:30pm for a discussion of the book “The Orchardist” by Amanda Coplin.
This book, which takes place in the late 1800"s in The Pacific Northwest is a tale of a lonely man, two teenage pregnant girls and their past, present and future. The writing is amazing, and very compelling. In starting the book, I found I wanted to physically turn it over to see if I could discern what was about to happen.
As with all the books we choose, I think this one will be even better in the conversation after reading than in the actual reading.
Please join us on Tuesday, November 19th in our Community Room, for what will surely be an interesting conversation.
