Official Rules:

Promotion void where prohibited by law. Entrants must be legal United States residents with a valid non-P.O. Box mailing address, 18 years of age or older. Limit one entry per person, address, email address or household. Employees of Capital Public Radio, Inc., and the company's affiliates, subsidiaries, promotion and advertising agencies; and any other company involved in the design, execution or production of the promotion; immediate family members (spouses and parents, children and their spouses) of any of the foregoing, and those living in the same household of any of the foregoing are not eligible to win.

Entries for the drawing will be accepted by entering online using this form, between 12:00 AM Pacific Time on August 4, 2010 and 11:59 PM Pacific Time on August 31, 2010. The drawing for the winner(s) will be made on Wednesday, September 1, 2010. The winner(s) of two tickets to Joel the Band Concert (Saturday, September 4 (winners please pick up by Friday Sept. 3)) will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received by 11:59 PM Pacific Time on August 31, 2010.

The winner(s) will be notified by telephone, email and/or US postal mail. If a valid US telephone number, email address or non-P.O. Box US Postal address is not provided, Capital Public Radio reserves the right to select another winner at its sole discretion. Odds of winning vary greatly depending on the number of eligible entrants, and the number of prizes available. No purchase, contribution or pledge of money is necessary to enter or win, and a purchase, contribution or pledge does not increase chance of winning.

Depending on the value and type of giveaway, the value of the prize awarded to a winner will be reported for tax purposes if required by law. Valuation of the prize is based on available information provided to Capital Public Radio by the supplier. The winner is responsible for all taxes and license fees, if any, and may be required to complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility & Liability/Publicity Release within ten (10) days of first attempted notification by US Postal Mail.

Prize is non-transferable, cannot be substituted if available, and may not be sold, combined with any other offer or redeemed for cash. In the event of unavailability of stated prize, Capital Public Radio reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All entries become the property of Capital Public Radio, Inc. and will not be returned. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and all matters relating to the prize.

By accepting prize, winner consents to the use of his/her name and or likeness for advertising/trade purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. As a condition of winning this prize, winner agrees to release Capital Public Radio, Inc., parent company, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, printers, and distributors from and against any and all liability, claims, costs, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses of property which may be sustained in connection with participating, the receipt, ownership or use of any prize awarded, or while preparing for, participating in or traveling to or from any activity, or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement of offering of any prize.
