Health officials say spread of the H1N1, Swine Flu, has apparently slowed down in California for now.
But, they say it may only be a temporary lull, as the state’s death toll now stands at 318.

State Department of Public Health Director Mark Horton says 689 people were hospitalized with H1N1 symptoms the past week in California...that’s down a little from two weeks ago.
He’s still urging everyone to keep washing their hands a lot and to avoid crowds to prevent getting sick.
Horton also says California is expecting more vaccines from the federal Centers for Disease Control.
But, he says the state doesn’t have all six-million doses it was promised by the end of October...
Horton: “So the point is...we are still seeing significant delays in vaccine moving into the state and our ability to get out those doses to the local jurisdictions. There will still be shortages at the local level...”
California is supposed to get a total of more than 20-million vaccinations.
Meantime, Horton says the virus could spread more over Thanksgiving when a lot of people are traveling on airplanes and doing holiday shopping at malls.
