Today’s another Furlough Friday, where state workers won’t be at their desks or getting paid because of California’s budget crunch.  When Governor Schwarzenegger ordered furloughs back in February, it started with one day a month.  Now, it’s three -- about a 15 percent pay cut, tough for any breadwinner to bear.   But what about a married couple who are both state workers?  On last week’s Furlough Friday, we visited Dean and Angela Reynolds at their Roseville home.  They both work in the state Department of Water Resources.
