2008 Gold Medalist Gabe Gardner an Alternate for London Games

After Gabe Gardner won a gold medal at the 2008 Olympics in Beijing, he retired from the US Men’s Volleyball Team. Fast forward to 2012 and the Carmichael resident is now a team alternate, just one step removed from competing at the London Games.
