17 million Californians have registered to vote in the state's June 5th Presidential Primary.
While that's more than four years ago, voters who claim a political party when they register has dropped 2 percent to almost 78-percent.
About 44 percent of voters registered as Democrats, 30-percent registered Republican.
The Secretary of State says more people eligible to register are doing so. That's increased from 70 to 72 percent in four years.
