California State Proposition 15 on the June ballot concerns the California Fair Elections Act .

It would provide public financing of the secretary of state race as a pilot program funded by an increased fee on lobbyists, and repeal the ban on publicly funded campaign financing. 

We hear arguments for and against from Derek Cressman, a supporter of Prop. 15 and Regional Director of State Operations for Western States at Common Cause and Richard Wiebe, spokesperson for StopProp15.com and a partner of Schubert Flint Public Affairs.
