In recent years more and more California voters are choosing not to register with any political party. Instead they’re choosing the undeclared or “decline to state” option.

If the increase in "decline to state" voters a statewide and/or national trend?  If so, how will it impact the voting process and the major political parties? Insight host Jeffrey Callison sought some answers from two local voting officials and a political scientist.
