The CapRadio Web Developer manages and develops applications related to the digital delivery of content on digital platforms including CapRadio websites, mobile applications, data feeds and intra-departmental systems. This position serves as systems administrator for web server & database systems, working closely with other station departments as necessary, including the Sacramento State Datacenter. The Web Developer also creates software applications in the content management system, and elsewhere, to support mission objectives and designs work flows and procedures to maximize efficiency.

- Visual Studio, ASP.NET, C#.NET, VB.NET
- AJAX Web Services
- IIS Configuration
- XML File Processing
Must be collaborative by nature with an aptitude for cultivating positive relationships. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a professional demeanor; creative and able to juggle projects simultaneously with poise, a positive attitude, and an appropriate sense of humor. Candidates should have excellent organizational and time management skills, coupled with the proven ability to work independently to problem solve, set priorities and manage deadlines. Candidates must be cool headed, solutions oriented, and have a glass half full personality that sees possibilities beyond the obstacles. Proficient in a Windows environment.
Familiarity with Capital Public Radio, its mission and its programs preferred.
