Primary Duties

Responsible for providing high-level administrative support for the human resources, finance, and underwriting functions of the stations. Duties include: providing administrative support to members of the executive team including the transcription and preparation of meeting minutes and coordination of board level committee meetings, performing digital ad trafficking and administrative support duties for the Underwriting department, maintaining the Company intranet, serving as the primary intern coordinator, and assisting with benefits administration, recruitment, safety compliance, new employee orientation, outreach events.

 

Qualifications

The position requires strong verbal, written skills. Must be able to work in a collaborative manner with an aptitude for cultivating positive relationships. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a professional demeanor; creative and able to juggle projects simultaneously with poise and a positive attitude. Candidates should have excellent organizational and time management skills, coupled with the proven ability to work independently to problem solve, set priorities and manage deadlines. High attention to detail and accuracy are required. Candidates must be articulate, energetic goal oriented and be able to work across department lines. Proficient in a Windows environment.

 

 

Familiarity with Capital Public Radio and its programs preferred.
