Saturate Yolo  You can almost hear professional photographers cringe when you say the word "Hipstamatic." So don't let them know the City of Davis has declared January "Phone Art Month."  But in all reality many professional photographers are using iPhones in professional situations and photojournalist Rita Leistner has even written about her experience shooting pictures exclusively with an iPhone in Afghanistan.  So, with that in mind, local man Dave Webb is presenting an art exhibit in Davis called "Saturate Yolo," which features 60 iPhone-created images plus an installation of 5 electronic frames rotating dozens more images.  Saturate Yolo is running January 5 to February 2 at the Tsao Gallery in the Davis Art Center.
