Health officials say they believe they've narrowed down the source of this month's Sacramento County food poisoning outbreak.
The Departments of Public Health for California and Sacramento County say they're still investigating what caused five people to be hospitalized with food-borne botulism.
Based on early information, the departments say the source appears to be prepared food, specifically the nacho cheese sauce from the Valley Oak Food and Fuel gas station in Walnut Grove.
The sale of prepared food at this location was stopped back on May 5 by the Sacramento County Department of Environmental Management.
