Butte County Sheriff's investigators are looking for two suspects wanted in an Oroville carjacking.
The carjacking took place during Oroville's mandatory evacuation Sunday. The victim was packing his truck, with the engine running, to evacuate when the suspects jumped inside.
27-year-old Cody Bowles and 31-year-old Lucia Ripley ran over the victim deliberately while fleeing the scene, leaving him with serious head and facial injuries.
Bowles and Ripley are wanted on felony charges of assualt with a deadly weapon and carjacking.
