There has been a lot of talk around the controversial Transpacific Partnership, known as the TPP. That's the trade agreement President Obama is negotiating. The 12-nation trade deal would create a free trade zone stretching from Japan to Chile that includes 40 percent of world's economy. Because of the secretive nature of the negotiations it's unclear just how the deal will affect business here in California. But one group that's already calling foul is apparel manufacturers in Los Angeles.
