Baghdad Yoga Lt. Col. Michele Spencer is both an active-duty servicemember, but also a yoga instructor. While deployed to Baghdad, Iraq, her yoga studio was in the former backyard of one of Saddam Hussein's sons, Uday Hussein. She's recently released a book about her experience, "B.A.G.H.D.A.D. Yoga," which she'll be signing copies of this weekend in Sacramento. We'll talk with Lt. Col. Spencer about her experience.
