Affordable Care Act The United
States Supreme Court is expected to hand down one of the most
anticipated rulings in history this week.
The High Court will decide whether the United States government has
the authority to enforce the
Affordable Care Act, which includes a mandate that every
American own some form of health insurance. The Justices
could rule the entire law unconstitutional or strike down only
parts of it. Each possibility carries a different scenario
for each state. We'll preview how these scenarios will affect
California with Professor of Law at McGeorge School of Law, John Sims, and Capital Public Radio's
Healthcare Reporter, Pauline Bartolone.
