AAA says it will cost you 300 dollars more to drive you car this year than it did last year. And that's not just because of rising gas prices.
Matt Skryja of AAA Northern California says nearly all driving associated costs are rising. He says the cost of tires has increased 15 percent since last year.
"And the reason for that is that there's been an uptick in costs for raw materials and other energy costs and because of that the increased cost is then passed on to consumers each time they buy tires," Skryja said.
