Saying the purpose of local restaurants at an airport is to add a "sense of place," the Sacramento County Board of Supervisors voted unanimously Tuesday to approve first-ever airport locations for Paragary's, Burgers and Brew, Dos Coyotes, Jack's Urban Eats and Cafeteria 15L
Randy Paragary says his company's new airport outpost will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner with menus that change with seasonal ingredients.
Randy Paragary: "It's not a cookie-cutter national brand. This is specific to Sacramento."
Paragary's airport restaurant will be based on the concept of
the Esquire Grill. In three weeks, Supervisors will decide whether
to add Old Soul coffeehouse to the list of local food providers at
the airport.
