Remembering Buzz Oates Legendary Sacramento developer and philanthropist, Buzz Oates, founder of the Buzz Oates Group of Companies, will be remembered today in a life celebration at Capital Christian Center. He died on Saturday at the age of 90. His son, Phil Oates, and longtime friend and business partner, Frank Ramos, share their reflections.

"Navidades! Christmas on K Street" For the first time ever, three of Sacramento’s premiere Latino arts organizations are joining together to celebrate the holidays. "Navidades! Christmas on K Street" is this Sunday and it features an urban retelling of the Mexican Pastorela followed by ballet folklorico from the new Calidanza Dance Company. We’ll talk with Manuel Pickett of Pastorela de Sacramento and Steven Valencia of Calidanza Dance Company about the new collaboration and what visitors to K Street can expect on Sunday.
