The hard-hit Sacramento housing market is coming up off the canvas — with the median home price increasing 12 percent from the bottom reached a year ago.
Eight Sacramento State employees are losing their jobs as part of an effort to balance the school’s $26 million budget deficit. The campus is also eliminating or leaving vacant dozens of other jobs.
