For the third-straight day, nearly 150 migrants from Central America have been camped out at the entrance to a U.S. border station in Tijuana, Mexico. They are hoping to get a chance to walk into the U.S. and apply for political asylum in San Diego, California. But that isn't looking likely.

NPR National Correspondent Kirk Siegler is in Calexico and has been talking with some of the asylum seekers. He joins Insight host Beth Ruyak to explain what's happening.
